Upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 to R12.2

Lead a team for 4 for this project right from pre-sales to project delivery. 

Did all technical planning, implementation and DR strategy for the entire project as this was a very critical application. 

This was a cross vendor project so coordinated with other vendors as well and completed the project in record 53 hours for the production iteration, more importantly within the client's budget.
